over this and I cannot guarantee delivery by this date. Please manage
your expectations. My items are made to order and ship from my home in 2-3 business
days. This does not include holidays and weekends. I
ship from NH, sometimes my orders arrive before eBay's
estimated date and sometimes
they do not. Please do not ask me if I can promise delivery by a
certain date, as I cannot possibly guarantee anything on behalf of the
Postal Service. I do my very best to process and ship quickly
and efficiently. It is the buyer's responsibility when placing an order to ensure enough time for processing and delivery. I will not refund orders that do not arrive by your scheduled party date. You may choose priority shipping and overnight shipping during the checkout procedure.
ITEM DETAILS:
One order will contain 10 scratch cards. Each scratch card is printed
on white, heavyweight cardstock paper and measure 2x4 inches in size.
WINNERS/LOSERS: You can choose the amount of winners that you want. You can choose for them to be ALL winners, or any combination that you wish. If you do not specify, my default is 1 winner per 10 scratch cards purchased.
PACKAGING: Winners and losers will be packaged in SEPARATE, MARKED envelopes.
SUGGESTIONS FOR USE: If your event is a formal, sit down occasion, place one ticket at each seat and instruct your guests to scratch them. This is a GREAT way to win the centerpiece on the table.
They
are a great tool for organizing a fundraiser, everyone loves to take a
chance on a scratch card! For birthdays, a fun way to give the children
their treat bags...obviously, this is an instance where you would want
all of the cards to be winners. Or, if you have a "grand prize" for one
lucky guest, it's a fair and fun way for the winner!
**PRIZES ARE NOT INCLUDED** buyer is responsible for supplying their own prizes.
HOW TO USE: Simply use a coin to scratch the circle to reveal if the card is a winner or a losing ticket.
PERSONALIZATION: My items are personalized with YOUR information.
Please submit the information in the box during the buying process, or
you may send me a message through ebay's messaging system.
TRACKING: The United States Postal Service has a policy which requires a package to be MORE THAN 1/4
inch thick to qualify for tracking services. My orders do not meet this
criteria. I must send my orders using regular postage stamps. This is
exactly the way that you would send a payment to a utility company
through the mail. As long as your address on file is exactly correct,
your order will arrive.

offer lots of different items that I can match to the theme that you
purchase, even if they are not listed.. please contact me and I will
make them for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
I am sorry...I do not accept returns. My items are personalized with
your information and cannot be re-used or re-sold. However, if I made a
mistake in printing the info, please send me a photo of my mistake and I
will happily replace the item with the correct information. NO REFUNDS,
NO EXCEPTIONS for orders that do not arrive by your scheduled party
date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure enough time for
handmade items to be processed, shipped and delivered. I do NOT
guarantee the estimated delivery date placed on the auction page. It is
an estimate placed on the page by ebay...not by me.. I ship from NH
within 48 business hours of payment, I cannot control the pace of the
postal service and their delivery practices once I have I sent the
order. Please manage your expectations and place your order well in
advance of your event.
