your expectations. My items are made to order and ship from my home in 2-3 business

ship from NH, sometimes my orders arrive before eBay's
estimated date and sometimes
they do not. Please do not ask me if I can promise delivery by a
certain date, as I cannot possibly guarantee anything on behalf of the
Postal Service. I do my very best to process and ship quickly
and efficiently. It is the buyer's responsibility when placing an order to ensure enough time for processing and delivery. I will not refund orders that do not arrive by your scheduled party date. You may choose priority shipping and overnight shipping during the checkout procedure.
ITEM DETAILS: Each order is 12 FULL SIZE HERSHEY CANDY BAR WRAPPERS. These wrappers are designed to wrap around a hershey bar (1.55 oz), or the CANADIAN BRAND (AREO BAR 42g).
THESE ARE NOT STICKERS: Stickers cling to EVERY crease and wrinkle on the Hershey bar wrappers. These wrappers are printed on HEAVY WEIGHT GLOSSY PAPER. The glossy paper gives a nice clean and sturdy look and the graphics look lovely printed on it.
HOW TO USE: There is a blank white area at the top of each wrapper which is meant to be there and is part of the application process. Detailed instructions on how to apply them will be included in shipment. ***CANDY BARS AND FOIL NOT INCLUDED***
PERSONALIZATION: My items are personalized with YOUR information.

PROOFS: Typically,
I do not send proofs. My items require a simple name and age change..
the information is very minimal and sending proofs is time consuming and
holds up the shipping process..especially if a buyer does not respond
after receiving the photo. I prefer to send my orders as quickly and
efficiently as possible.
TRACKING: The United States Postal Service has a policy which requires a package to be MORE THAN 1/4
inch thick to qualify for tracking services. My orders do not meet this
criteria. I must send my orders using regular postage stamps. This is
exactly the way that you would send a payment to a utility company
through the mail. As long as your address on file is exactly correct,
your order will arrive.

offer lots of different items that I can match to the theme that you
purchase, even if they are not listed.. please contact me and I will
make them for you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
I am sorry...I do not accept returns. My items are personalized with
your information and cannot be re-used or re-sold. However, if I made a
mistake in printing the info, please send me a photo of my mistake and I
will happily replace the item with the correct information. NO REFUNDS,
NO EXCEPTIONS for orders that do not arrive by your scheduled party
date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure enough time for
handmade items to be processed, shipped and delivered. I do NOT
guarantee the estimated delivery date placed on the auction page. It is
an estimate placed on the page by ebay...not by me.. I ship from NH
within 48 business hours of payment, I cannot control the pace of the
postal service and their delivery practices once I have I sent the
