Shipping:
3D Prints-N-More chooses shipping methods that will provide prompt delivery along with accurate tracking information. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be provided within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
The general transit time for orders shipped within the US is 3-6 business days. Most of our items ship USPS Standard Mail and may not require a signature for delivery. If you are purchasing a high value item, please ensure that someone can receive the package.
3D Prints-N-More does not directly ship to International addresses; these orders will be processed through eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
Please validate your shipping address with us before placing your order as we only ship to confirmed PayPal addresses. Please confirm that your PayPal address is in line with your shipping address.

Most of 3D Prints-N-More products offer free USPS standard shipping with an associated tracking number.
International Taxes and Duties:
We highly encourage using the eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
International shipments may be subject to import fees, duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the respective country, in addition to the brokerage fees/custom clearance charges which may be imposed by the carrier. These charges must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Orders shipped using eBays (GSP) "Global Shipping Platform" have already paid their taxes and must contact eBay directly for any issues.
Payment Options:
We accept payment via Paypal only.
Payment must be made within 5 days per eBay policy and non-payment may result in an UPI (Unpaid Item) notification from eBay. If this occurs eBay will automatically close your account if you accumulate a total of 4 UPI's.

Price protection Policy:
Because prices fluctuate, we do not offer price Protection. Once an order is placed, all sale prices are final.
Refused shipments:
A 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will be imposed on all refused shipments or return shipments due to incorrect address.
Cancellations:
Once we process an order from eBay it can no longer be canceled. The customer can either return or refuse the package. In order to track down an order for the purposes of canceling it, would completely disrupt our business, our shipping department, and interfere with our productivity.
Returns:
However, if at the time of sale Shipping and Handling was charged, this is not refundable. All returns, whether for refund or replacement, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number, please setup a return request through your eBay account.
Products that are returned without prior RMA and the RMA# clearly printed on the address label will be refused and sent back to the sender. You must include the original packaging and the item must be in NEW condition. Items and packing must not be marred, mishandled, or tampered with by an unauthorized repair person. All returns must include the item's original undamaged packaging and instructions when applicable. Returns must also include the blank warranty card where applicable. Returns must include all the manufactures supplied accessories. Returns must be free of any physical or cosmetic damage.
When upon inspection if these conditions are not met the product will be either sent for repair in the customer's name or immediately sent back to the customer at customer's expense.
When making your return, please include a copy of the invoice and a short note stating the reason for your return. In your note, please specify whether you wish to exchange the product or receive a refund.
Typographical Policy:
We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. If there was a problem with this listing and it was discovered after you already received the product you are welcome to return it for a full refund as long as it is unused. Otherwise a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will be imposed.
RISK OF LOSS:
All items purchased from eBay are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
When it comes to defective merchandise, once the package is signed for and the recipient has confirmed the product is in perfect condition, we are no longer responsible for the defective products. The recipient is responsible to file all damage claims with the delivery company once the package has been signed for.
