NGK Lambda Sensor

The Lambda sensor fits directly into the exhaust systems. It precisely measures the amount of Oxygen present in the exhaust gases and reports its findings to the ECU (Electronic control unit). The ECU Uses this information to adjust the fuel injection system to obtain the maximum fuel efficiency while keeping the exhaust emissions at a safe level.

Since early 1980's NGK have pioneered the research in Lambda Sensor technology. Constantly refining and improving design and materials used to improve the lifespan and accuracy of the Sensor. Sensors operate in an extremely hostile environment inside the exhaust system. NGK Sensors are designed to withstand the extremely high heat and gas pressure.

In the very rare occurrence where an item may be suspected faulty, it can be returned for testing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
