Seven-piece set of salad plates and cups depicting antique 1780's hot air balloons. Four plates and three cups, the cups each match with the design on one of the plates (the fourth cup is missing). Each plate has the name and the year of that balloon. No brand name on these, but there is a partial price tag indicating that they were sold at Macy's.
Plates are 7 1/2" across with a heavy rolled edge, plates and mugs are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, or fade. As the stickers are still on the bottom of the plates, they appear to be new and unused.
