What will I receive?

- You will receive an A5 metal sign (20cm x 15cm / 200mm x 150mm) and a small wooden easel to display your sign on if you choose this option.

- The sign comes with the words shown in the picture printed onto it.

- The easel can vary from the one shown in the picture.

- The sign does not come personalised.

- Each sign is made from aluminium and is sturdy. It will not bend like card or paper. 

- If you are using the easel for a long period of time you may wish to tie a small elastic band around the top. This will give it extra support and make it sturdier so it doesn't fall over.

- Each sign is brand new and never been used.

When will my item be dispatched?

I aim to dispatch items as soon as possible. If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday your item will usually be dispatched the same day. After 2pm your item will usually be dispatched the next working day.  During busy times orders placed before 2pm may not be dispatched the same day.

Please note: If selecting Royal Mail 1st Class Signed option items usually take 1 to 2 working days to arrive. Delays can happen. Once I have posted your item I am unable to speed up the delivery, as it is in Royal Mail’s possession. Your order is not guaranteed to arrive next day.

All items ordered before 2pm with the 1st class signed for upgrade will usually be posted the same working day. If you place your order after 2pm your item will be posted 1st class signed the next working day. Your order will require a signature on delivery. If you are out Royal Mail will leave a something for you card, and you will have to rearrange delivery or collect the item from your local delivery office. 

During busy times orders placed before 2pm may not be dispatched the same day.

For example if you order your item BEFORE 2pm on a Friday you item will be posted 1st class signed on Friday.

If you order AFTER 2pm on a Friday your item will be posted 1st class signed for on Monday. (Working day = Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays / public holidays)
