1. What is KCB?
KCB stands for the smart Kitchen Chalk Board that combines the personal touch of the chalkboard with the eye-catching impact of neon signage. It means that one can now put their messages and specials up in lights – quite literally. One can physically write on it with the NeoChalk markers provided and the pigments in the ink give it the neon appeal (powered with eco-friendly LED technology)

2. Is KCB difficult to install?
Kitchen Chalkboard comes with hanging hooks that enable it to be wall hung or window displayed both vertically and horizontally. It is as simple as hanging a picture frame.
3. Is KCB’s writing surface glass?
No. Kitchen chalkbords are manufactured using special purpose PMMA acrylic screens, makes the product lighter, portable and durable than glass
4. Is KCB rewriteable?
Yes KCB is completely rewriteable. However please note to use ONLY a microfiber wipe for wiping the screen, as it provides scratch-resistance on the acrylic surface.
5. How do I clean the writing surface for reuse?
Use the Microfiber cloth which comes with the pack to wipe the screens. It is recommended to use only Microfiber wipes which are available easily to avoid any damage to the screens.
6. Is KCB easy to use?
No special skills or training is needed to use KCB. The beauty of KCB lies in the fact that even kids can write on it while KCB renders uniqueness and personalisation making it a feature in itself.
7. Does KCB consume high power for doing what it does?
KCB is a highly energy efficient product as it is powered by LED technology, for its ultra low energy consumption. It only consumes between 4w to 12W based on the sizes. It doesn’t get hot either even if left open for 24hours a day.
8. Can I use KCB outdoors?
KCBs are clearly marked for indoor use and not meant for outdoors. However you an always window hang them with your special messages with eye-catching feature to friends & neighbours.
9. Does KCB come with a warranty?All the KCBs come with a 12 month standard warranty. KCBs are manufactured to the European Safety and compliance standards and go through the relevant tests before being produced. The screens /writing surface is excluded from this, as is prone to general wear and tear on prolonged use.
