I do not have ANY control over this and I cannot guarantee delivery by this date. Please manage your expectations. My items are made to order and ship from my home in 2-3 business days. This does not include holidays and weekends. I ship from NH, sometimes my orders arrive before eBay's estimated date and sometimes they do not. Please do not ask me if I can promise delivery by a certain date, as I cannot possibly guarantee anything on behalf of the Postal Service. I do my very best to process and ship quickly and efficiently. It is the buyer's responsibility when placing an order to ensure enough time for processing and delivery. I will not refund orders that do not arrive by your scheduled party date. You may choose priority shipping and overnight shipping during the checkout procedure.

ITEM DETAILS: Each order is 12 PERSONALIZED Capri Sun Juice Pouch Stickers. The stickers fit over the front of the pouches. each sticker will have a pre-cut hole for easy insertion of the straw. *juice pouches not included*

APPLICATION: Lay the pouch on a flat surface. Line the label horizontal at the top and GENTLY press onto the pouch and work down from the top to the bottom. There are dents and creases in the pouch..which could cause the sticker to crumple..if not pressed gently. Once you have them lightly stuck to the entire front of the pouch, press firmly for a clean, fun look!

PERSONALIZATION: My items are personalized with YOUR information. Please submit the information in the box during the buying process, or you may send me a message through ebay's messaging system.

PROOFS: Typically, I do not send proofs. My items require a simple name and age change.. the information is very minimal and sending proofs is time consuming and holds up the shipping process..especially if a buyer does not respond after receiving the photo. I prefer to send my orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

TRACKING: The United States Postal Service has a policy which requires a package to be MORE THAN 1/4 inch thick to qualify for tracking services. My orders do not meet this criteria. I must send my orders using regular postage stamps. This is exactly the way that you would send a payment to a utility company through the mail. As long as your address on file is exactly correct, your order will arrive.

RETURNS & REFUNDS: I am sorry...I do not accept returns. My items are personalized with your information and cannot be re-used or re-sold. However, if I made a mistake in printing the info, please send me a photo of my mistake and I will happily replace the item with the correct information. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS for orders that do not arrive by your scheduled party date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure enough time for handmade items to be processed, shipped and delivered. I do NOT guarantee the estimated delivery date placed on the auction page. It is an estimate placed on the page by ebay...not by me.. I ship from NH within 48 business hours of payment, I cannot control the pace of the postal service and their delivery practices once I have I sent the order.
