·         Most Shipping is provided through USPS unless a special request is made.

·         Buyers pay actual shipping costs (except when Free Shipping is offered).

·         USPS sells shipping insurance for damage or lost items. Buyers can add insurance at cost.

·        It is the responsibility of the buyers to add and use insurance.

·         Tracking numbers are emailed from Stamps.com

Refunds

·         In the event that an item is received, not as advertised, a reasonable substitute or a refund will be issued.

·         Items are sold in as-is condition** and described to the best of my ability. Sometimes I make errors and will certainly take care of any problems created by me.

·         If an item is received damaged:

o    Please take a picture of the item.

o    Do not dispose of the packaging

o   A claim can be made against the shipper (Priority or Insured mail only)*

I do not offer refunds for items damaged or lost by the shipper unless properly insured.
