Retro 1960s Wally Bear Band Rabbit Toy Marching Drum.

Very nice Wally Bear drum still in the package. The item measures 8.5" wide. It is in very nice shape however there are some dark spots on the face and some small rust spots. I don't think that it was ever used. If you have any questions please Feel free to ask.
