We mark the inside and out of our faceplates with special symbols as well as the internal parts of the radio. We put warranty void labels on the outside. If parts are tampered with or replaced, it does void your warranty and it cannot be returned. We will notify eBay and PayPal immediately with picture proof since we do before we ship pics of every item we sell. If you have a problem with the radio, please contact us before you attempt to repair it yourself!
