• A high quality rare E6 Special Delivery Stamp block of 4 (VF) $10 cent Bicycle Messenger Special Delivery.   This stamp was issued in 1902 with left perforations of 12.  Please see photos.   All 4 stamps are in exquisite condition with crisp perforations and original gum with small hing mark in center back.  Stamps have original gum which does not show well in the photos.  

• Later versions of this stamp were issued in 1908, 1911, 1914, 1916, and 1917 - 1925; all later versions had perforations of 10, 11 with watermarks on some issues. 

• This is really rare and valuable plate block that is getting very hard to find in mint condition. 
• Left plate block margin shows centering.
