Please Send your details, as Line 1, Line 2, Line 3  etc,  to Line 5,  if you  want your text in any specific way, and this is because how you send your text is not always the way we receive it, through the system, so therefore to ensure the layout it correct then please send as above, failing this we will set as we can to the text allowance and glass.

Please note that each glass has its own uniqueness therefore you may find a manufacturers blemish in the glass, such as an air bubble, a smudge or little line, scratch (moulding marks), which will not affect the engraving or the use of the glass,

We can not send to a third party address unless added to checkout.

Please ensure you  get your address correct at the time of order, as the lables are generated, through what you send,  if you  send the wrong address,or missing house/flat numbers,  then the parcel, will be likely to be returned to sender at a charge to us, so therefore these cost plus redelivery of the item  will be relayed back to the buyer.
