RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT
Received Incorrect product or Damaged on arrival (DOA)

If you have purchased and received the product from us, however it does not match the product description shown on the eBay store or online shop where you have bought, received incorrect product or damaged on arrival (DOA). You are required to return the product within 14 days after received the product from us.

Once we have received the item, we will need to assess the product to determine the nature of the issue and to confirm that if it was incorrectly dispatched, incorrectly described or damaged in transit. If these circumstances, we will send you the correct product or replace an identical product you purchased. We do not refund the cost of shipping (Original postage for the product delivery to you in the first place) or any duties, taxes or VAT. We do not refund for any reason if you does not accept replacement.

If it is identified through the assessment process that there is no fault with the product or it has been damaged due to misuse, abnormal use or abuse, we will reject the claim and return the product to you at your own cost.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
Change of mind or Purchased wrong product

If you change your mind or purchase incorrect item. We also accept returns for exchange as long as the following conditions are met:

• The product is returnable in new, unused and unopened condition with the original packaging including all manuals, gifts and accessories.

• Proof of purchase e.g. invoice, order confirmation is provided.

• The product is not on the non-returnable category (please see below).

You must return the product to us for exchange at your own expense and strictly within 14 days after received the product from us..

We will refund the original purchase price of the returned products. We do not refund the cost of shipping (Postage) or any duties, taxes or VAT. A refund will be given in credit or voucher only which can be used for exchange or next purchase.

The cost of shipping for the replacement products is also applied.

If you prefer money refund to your credit card or PayPal, 20% of the returned product original purchase price as a restocking fees will be deducted from the refund to the customer.
