We will replace any items that are lost or damaged upon receipt.
Same-day dispatch is available for orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday).
Any orders placed after 4pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the following day.
Orders received on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
