St. Petersburg 1913. You can see family of the tsar on the background – Marie Fedorovna with Nicholas Alexandrovich (Nicholas II) 
and Princess Ksenia. The poster has impressed the text on surface of the cardboard, below the image. The back is clear. 
 Please note that it is vintage print, which printed 106 years ago, but not modern reproduction or fake which lot on eBay now.
