Distance Selling Regulations apply to

you have a period of 14 days after the date of delivery within which
you can return the item and cancel the transaction. However, cost of
postage returning the item will be at your charge. Returned item(s)
must be in its original condition (complete, as unused, original
packaging, security seal, protective film or selotape, etc.)
Refund will be made within 5 working
days if item(s) returned in a perfect condition. Only the price of the
item(s) will be refunded. Not the delivery (or import) costs charges.
If the item create fault an exchange
will be given and the buyer has to send the faulty items back for
inspection, if found manufacturer fault a brand new item will be send
immediately, buyer also have to cover both side delivery cost.
