This is a vintage silk Obijime kitsuke accessory - never used in its original packaging.
It is flat-woven with large tassels, still encased in their protective covers. It is deep pink on one side and metalic silver on the other. It is in perfect condition and of fine quality.
This is from a huge lot of vintage Japanese items that we have acquired. They were stock from a shop in Kyoto that sold kimono accessories… Most were produced in Japan in the 1970’s or 1980’s. This was before such items were made in other Asian countries as they usually are now. Some are unused, like new or have stains or other damage so examine the photos and read the description carefully before purchasing to determine the exact condition of this particular item and its value to you.
