Defects do not affect functionality. 

All of our listings are deemed tested and working and have been repackaged for re-sale in either original or secure packaging.


Returns Policy:

We hope you love your Newgate Outlet purchase, however if you change your mind we can accept returns if we have been notified within 14 days. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging enclosing the returns form included in the parcel. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, within 30 days of return.

Delivery charges will be deducted from refund values for unwanted items.


Please note that due to the storage arrangement in our warehouse, we're unable to access individual items to provide specific details or additional photos. The images listed serve as a general guide for that model. All items are rigorously reviewed and quality checked to ensure they meet our standards, with only minor cosmetic defects, and all in working order. Unfortunately, we cannot provide details on individual clocks given the vast number of items we handle.
