So, if by chance your item arrives damaged all we ask is that you simply email us a photo of the item and we will send a replacement or alternatively offer you a refund.
All our items are manufactured on site which allows us to dispatch your order on the next working day after receipt of payment. We ask that you please confirm receipt of the item by leaving feedback for us.
