1000th Customer Offer Details

Every 1000th customer receives a full refund of their order up to a maximum refund of £250.00.

If winning order exceeds £250.00 you will receive a partial refund of your order to the value of £250.00.

The winning order will be every 1000th customer to which the Ebay sales record number ends in three zeros.  This is shown on the invoice provided with your order.  Please see example shown.

For all winning orders a full refund will be made within 48 hours of transaction and notification will be sent directly to you confirming this,

We currently only accept Paypal as means of payment.

For all 'buy it now' orders, immediate payment is required.

For all auction related orders, we request payment to be made within 72 hours of successful bid.  If for any reason you expect this to exceed this time frame, please notify us immediately. 

Orders will be processed within 24 working hours of receiving payment. 

All orders will be dispatched through a reputable postage or courier service.  Details of the service used will be located in the postage section of the listing.

Each listing will also have an option to upgrade to express delivery at an additional cost.  Express delivery is only available to mainland UK and excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands.

Where an order has been sent tracked delivery a signature will be required.

All items can be returned within 30 days (from date of receiving order) providing item is returned unused, in its original condition complete with all associated tags and packaging.

All return postage costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

For items provided with a warranty, please notify us directly of any manufacturing faults encountered within the guarantee time frame.
