RETURN POLICY: (Available for 14 day’s after purchase)

·         If the item is grossly misrepresented a full refund including shipping will be issued when the item is returned.

·         If you are unhappy with the item and want to return it we will issue a refund for cost of the item, not including shipping.

INSURANCE:

·         Any item over $100.00 will automatically be insured.

·         Occasionally, if an item is especially fragile we will add insurance regardless of the items value.

·         We ship Monday through Friday and sometimes, if possible, on Saturday.

·         Items are shipped within 1 business day of the payment clearing.₌

·         All items are shipped with a confirmation number.

·         Items that weigh 13 oz. or less will be shipped via First Class Mail, which usually is delivered within 2-3 days.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

CUSTOMS:  

·         Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges

·         All cost associated with Import duties are the buyer's responsibility.

·         Please check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be.

·         US and International government regulations prohibit marking merchandise values below value or marking items as gifts.

SHIPPING:

·         We generally ship via First Class International Mail, as it is the most cost effective way to ship.

·         Priority shipping is available though the cost is substantially higher. (The benefit of Priority is insurance and a tracking number).

·         We suggest U.S. Priority Flat rate for combined shipping.

·         . International buyers be advised items over $100.00 must be shipped Priority Mail in order to be insured. .

INTERNATIONAL REFUNDS:

Items lost in the mail are not available for a refund unless the item was shipped Priority Mail and insured.
