These were purchased at an electronics supplier liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the original factory boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.  Unlike many RCA receptacles, these have individual connector pins for both poles of each RCA jack, rather than having all grounding pins joined together.  Panel mounting is available with three screw receptacles located just above the RCA jacks (screws not included).
