I do combine shipping where possible.  If the original box is available, the listing will state that it comes with box.  I pack with care using bubble wrap and user-friendly, bio-degradable peanuts.  Simply submerge the peanuts in water and they disappear.  My job is to get your purchase to you as safely as possible using the best shipping method for your item.
