Introducing our revolutionary Authentic Flame candle. This pack of three stylish, battery operated candles features the truest ‘flame’, perfect for creating the soft, ambient glow of real candles whilst being much safer thanks to their cool-to-touch LEDs.
The lifelike slow flickering flames each house a warm white LED which sit on a realistic black wick to look just like the real thing. Poured using real wax and housed in uber stylish smoked glass cylinders, these LED candles are as good as it gets!
Perfectly safe for use around children and pets, the candles have a contemporary grey colour and are ideal for cosying up your home; they’re also great to use at events and weddings too!
These beautiful candles can be controlled by our clever remote control designed specifically for use with our Authentic Flame candles. This battery-operated remote makes it easier than ever to control your candles across your room. Choose from on, off, or the handy 6 hour timer function which will turn off automatically for 18 hours and turn back on again at the same time the following day as if by magic.
The candles measure 10cm (small), 12.5cm (medium) and 15cm (large) in height and 7.5cm in width/diameter. They each require 3 x AAA batteries to operate (not included).
All Authentic Flame orders are covered by a 1 year warranty. This warranty is automatically activated from the date that you purchase your item.
Should your item(s) develop any issues or faults within your warranty period, then please contact us via eBay and we will be more than happy to help.
We can arrange for any faulty items to be returned to us, and we will then either repair (where possible) or fully replace the item(s) for you.
All Authentic Flame orders will be sent via Evri Tracked on a 2-3 working/business day service.
Evri deliver between Mondays & Saturdays (excluding bank holidays).
Any Authentic Flame orders being sent to UK offshore & Scottish Highlands addresses will incur a slight delivery surcharge and will be sent via Evri Tracked on a 3-4 working/business day service.

All Authentic Flame orders can be returned to us for any reason within 30 days of the date that you place your order.
Once 30 days has passed since the date that you placed your order, the items will no longer be eligible to be returned for a refund, and can only be returned to us under warranty to be repaired or replaced.
