Personalised Items
Most of our items are personalised items which we personalise with the details you provide us when purchasing. In this instance we cannot therefore offer returns on personalised items. The only exception would be where we have made a mistake with the printing which can occasionally happen.
Non Personalised Items
If the item you have purchased from us is a non personalised item we offer a 14 day return policy. You are responsible for the return cost of the item. Please contact us to obtain our return address when requesting a return. We will then refund you for the item once we have received it back.
Faulty Items
Due to the nature of the items we make and sell we don't tend to have faulty items as such, the only sort of examples would be if we have made a mistake with the printing of the item. Please contact us in this instance in the unlikely event and we will offer you a replacement asap or a return.
If the item you are purchasing is a personalised item please send us the personalisation when placing the order. There are two ways to do this:
- During the eBay checkout process there is a tab which reads "Message Seller" - please click this and then input the details in the box that pops up and click save.
- The other option is to send a message through your ebay account with the details required.
