Larimar

New with tag. Handsome ring in size 12. The center stone is a real Larimar from the Dominican Republic, and the accent stones are white zircon (a natural gemstone, not to be confused with the man-made one by a similar name).  The setting is genuine sterling silver, stamped 925. 

The Larimar has nice shades blue, turquoise and creamy white.  This stone is only mined in one location on earth, and is considered rare.  The Larimar in this ring is an 8mm round cabochon cut, and weighs 2.18cts.  On either side of the larimar sparkles a row of small round cut zircons.  All of the stones together add up to 2.33cts. The sterling silver setting is nicely crafted to show off the stones, and it has a comfort-fit under gallery.  The ring weighs 7.9 grams.
