The auction winner must contact within one week of auction expiration, payment method must be specified by customer at this time (paypal, TT, etc ..). All instructions to complete payment will be sent. Payment should must be made within 3 days (excluded saturday Sunday and festive days) after receivement instructions. If payment is not made within 10 days from expiration of auction, the object will be relisted and buyer will be reported on ebay list like an unpaid buyer and buyer will receive a negative or neutral feedback.

 

RETURN:

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

If the price is not agreeable, do not send payment. Once payment is received, we would assume that buyer has agreed to the sale price for the related invoice. We do not accept requests for discounts, partial refunds, after the sale is over. We have received numerous such requests in the past and we do not accept them.

Try to be sure before you buy. If you change your mind on a purchase, It is our decision if we are able to reverse the sale or change your purchase for you. It will be out of goodwill and there will be costs involved for the change of purchases.

Import taxes imposed in the buyers country is the responsibility of the buyer, SPINJIGTACKLES does not hold responsibility for these costs. We do our best to avoid import taxes for our buyers but in certain places, things run beyond anyone's control.

In rare instances when we are unable to deliver the purchased product for some reason, we will contact the buyer and try to work out a best solution. In the worst case scenario, we will make a 100% refund including shipping cost and our obligations will end there. The worst thing that can happen is that you get your money back.
