This is a lot of 5 wheels with tires which are out of package but never used. The rims are made out of plastic and the tires are a plastic rubber material. These are the press on axle design. They are 4.25" in height by 2" wide. I am not quite sure what the scale would be.

If you are interested in more than one item (small to medium) just use the e bay shopping cart so it all appears together and you will be reimbursed the difference in shipping costs via pay pal once payment is received. Single CD's, games & DVD movies etc can be sent in a bubble mailer (letter mail) without tracking for less than half the cost in most cases but you need to leave a message with purchase or it will be sent with tracking.
