UK Orders
We dispatch very quickly, usually within 1 working day
By default all our orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery and includes cost of postage and packing.
We offer express delivery in addition to our standard delivery option if you require a faster delivery service. Please choose your choice of postage from the drop down menu when placing your order.
Most orders will be sent within 1 day during week days. However occasionally items will be sent on day 2 on our standard service.
All orders placed during the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Royal Mail normally deliver within 3-5 working days after posting via Second Class.
90% of items sent via First class Royal Mail arrive next day.
Royal Mail do however ask that you allow up to 15 working days for your item to arrive. We do not expect that this will be the case so if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch please contact us.
We do not accept any liability if your order is delayed by Royal Mail or due to adverse weather.
Collection
We do not offer collection of orders, as we are an internet only company.
Returns
In order to qualify for a refund, the item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, unused and in its intact original packaging. Returns received outside of this period will be refunded at our discretion.
Damaged goods will not qualify for a refund, nor will we accept goods that are not returned in a saleable condition - i.e. in they must be in the original sales packaging. This in no way affects your consumer rights.
* You must return your items within 30 days of receipt.
* The items must be unused and in their original undamaged packaging.
* Personalised products, perishable items (eg confectionery) and helium filled and related products are non returnable.
* You will not be refunded if you send back a partial pack of products as complete packs must be returned.
* If your order is fancy dress and it is found to have been used prior to return, a refund will not be issued.
* Please retain proof of postage.
* Please note that we do not pay for return postage.
The buyer is responsible for the postage costs of the return, and should retain proof of posting to substantiate any claim for refund. As shipping costs are irretrievable, any shipping costs are not subject to refund.
Payment
Only PayPal is accepted but you can pay by credit/debit card through PayPal.
Confirmed payment is required before we will dispatch your order.
Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of receiving payment.
