All items purchased with OGK Sales are shipped free of charge by Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you wish to upgrade to a faster service we offer Royal Mail 1st Class delivery for just 50p. If you require faster still, you can have your item guaranteed next working day delivery by 1pm if ordered before 3pm for £8.00.
Returns
When purchasing from OGK Sales, we offer a no fuss, 60 day returns policy. If you change your mind, or decide that the item is not for you just send it back to our warehouse and we will issue a full refund. Alternatively, if you receive an item different to what you ordered, or it is faulty, we will send you a returns label and issue a full refund upon receipt of your item.
