As for the jigs, this is a great mix. There are several styles of jig (lead heads, lipstick, bottoms up, and mimic minnow heads), hook sizes range from 1-2/0, different hook colors (red blood shanks, gunmetal shank, and brass shank), and different weights in this lot (jigs weigh in between 1/4oz- 1oz each). This is perfect all around tackle that you can use to replenish your tackle box. The colors included in this lot are high gloss black, blaze orange, yellow, and blue. All are sealed with a high gloss finish and water ready.

We use these sizes for northern pike and they work great. The size of these jigs makes them perfect for shore casting in the Mississippi river or any other semi shallow rivers & lakes. Heavy enough to cast out and stay in place where the current is flowing. If you have a river close by you should give it a try!

These jigs are perfect for eelpouting in the winter. Tip them with a chumball, meatball, or whatever your bait of choice is. For the eelpout you can simply bait it, drop it to the bottom, and let your rattle reel work for you while you relax. Life doesn't get much better!!
