New old stock as pictured. Never mounted. This is a ultra rare 2mm flange used when mounting Kiltar lenses to Leica Visoflex and Leicaflex cameras. Without this flange these lenses are slightly out of focus due to the discrepancy between the flange and focal plane for reflex housings. Kilfit made these flanges you properly adjust the lens position when a Kilfit KI lens is mounted on a PLOOT or Visoflex I.
