Please Note – UK Bidders – Payment accepted by cheque or Paypal. I will send on receipt of cheque without waiting for it to clear but this is dependent on the value and buyer’s feedback rating, and is at my discretion. Paypal is accepted from overseas bidders.

Due to the high cost of Royal Mail, I now use myHermes for domestic postage and delivered.  This takes 2-3 days for most parcels to arrive.

International bidders – please note this auction is in Great British Pounds (£). Also, postage costs quoted are for posting within the UK. Please wait for invoice before sending payment. Thank you. I strongly advise against opting for surface mail or any uninsured shipping options. I will quote you a variety of shipping options but if an uninsured parcel does not arrive, I cannot be held responsible. Please note that International Economy shipping, which is the cheapest option for sending parcels weighing over 2kg overseas, cannot be insured.

Packaging – For your peace of mind, I take pride in packaging all my items (especially ceramics and other breakables) extremely well, as there is nothing worse than looking forward to a sought after item arriving and finding it in pieces in the box. I use big bubble, bubble wrap for nearly every item I send and will use as much as is required to ensure a safe journey to you. My postage costs reflect the amount of packaging materials used. The comments made in my feedback reflect the care I take with this.
