Shipping:

All purchases are shipped within 2-5 business days unless specifically stated on listing under Delivery Time. Shipping times are very close to what is listed on the eBay listing. Emailing us prior to the shipping time stated in the listing will not expedite the shipping time. If the shipping time exceeds the time stated in the listing, please contact us and we will look into the order.

Tracking Numbers:

We upload tracking numbers when the item leaves our facility. PLEASE NOTE the shipping time frame listed next to Delivery in the eBay listing. If you do not see a tracking number within the shipping time stated in the listing, then please contact us. Please make sure that our email messages don't go into spam or junk. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments after tracking shows the parcel has been delivered. Please contact the delivery service to investigate should this happen.

Shipping Locations:

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States excluding Military APO & FPO and PO Boxes. At this time, we do not ship to any International locations.

P.O. Boxes and Street Addressing:

We do not ship to PO Boxes, however, some of the larger Post Offices have a system called “Street Addressing” and will work with customers with a PO Box so their packages can be delivered to the Post Office street address and they will forward the item to their PO Box. This is especially beneficial in case your item is shipped via SurePost or SmartPost and will keep the item from being returned to us for an insufficient address. Please check with your local USPS Office to see if they offer this option.

Shipping Service:

We primarily use UPS and DHL, which can sometimes coincide with USPS, as well as USPS and FedEx. Our shipping department makes the decision of which service to use based on the weight of the package and the contents.

Expedited Shipping:

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Address Change:

Please be sure your address is listed correctly in both eBay and PayPal prior to making a purchase. If you have listed the incorrect address and the item has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately and we can change the address for you. If the item has already shipped and is returned due to a bad address, a refund will be issued minus any costs incurred to us for the return of the item.

Damaged During Transit:

If your item arrives damaged – do not discard! The best way to receive a refund is to take pictures of the damage and send them to us. We will need a clear picture of the label, the box, and the damaged item. If you cannot send a pic, then you will need to return the item for a refund by opening a return in eBay. We do need to have validation that the item was damaged. If you throw it away, and then claim the item was damaged, you will not be refunded. No exceptions, please!

While we work to ensure that product information is correct, on occasion manufacturers may alter their ingredient lists or packaging. We do upload our pictures by the UPC# (stock photos) and actual product packaging and materials may contain more and/or different information than that shown on our listing. We recommend that you do not solely rely on the image presented. If our image appears outdated, the items we carry are always the most current version of the product. Returns:

We accept returns up to 30 days after receipt. Item must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. If you wish to return your item, please open a Return through the eBay returns. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
