Shipping Policy

Your design will be made to order and despatched within 48 hours of payment via Royal Mail.

Your design will be shipped in a protective tube or a card backed envelope ensuring that your product arrives in perfect condition.

All of our products are shipped to the UK free of charge. You will be informed via email when your item is shipped.

Should there be any delay with your order we will contact you as soon as we know and give you the opportunity to alter your order or request a refund.

Payment Policy

All payments are to be made via Paypal. Your order will not begin processing until payment is complete.

Return Policy

In the rare case that your order is faulty or we have made a mistake, we will, of course, provide a replacement immediately (of the same design).

If you change your mind and would like to return the design you simply need to contact us and arrange your return, we ask that you cover the cost of the return postage, all other monies will be refunded within 24 hours of receipt of your returned item.

Items returned must be unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortuantley we cannot accept returns of personalised items unless they are incorrect or faulty.
