DO NOT SEND THE COMPLETE BOILER. ONLY SEND THE BURNER MODULE PICTURED. Additional charges for postage and time will be added if the boiler is sent.

We were direct suppliers to Carver & Co (& Truma) for many years and are now offering a comprehensive repair / reconditioning / test service to all models of Carver Cascade burner units.

Whether your unit is faulty or working or whether the burner cage has corroded away - we can turn your old burner into a servicable component ready for many more years of use.

The comprehensive test covers the following

Choose the level of service you require: - The price will change automatically to reflect your chosen option

If your unit is faulty and you require a repair and test then select "Repair & Test"

If your unit is faulty and the burner unit is also in need of renewal then select "Repair, Brnr Cage & Test"

If your unit is OK but requires a new Burner Cage and full retest then select "Fit New Burner Cage & Test.


Include your name, phone number & return address. Failure to do so may result in extensive delays to the repair


ONLY SEND ITEMS TO THE ADDRESS BELOW. ANY ITEMS SENT TO THE ADDRESS ON THE CONFIMRATION EMAIL WILL BE DELAYED FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS.

Terms of listing:

This listing is for Original Carver units only. We do not repair the Chinese copy (Henry Unit), please ring if you are not sure whether you have a genuine Carver burner module.

Repairs will, in general, cover problems with the electronic PCB (Spark generation, Flame detect, gas valve drive circuit) which represent the majority of faults, it will not cover the following :

Faulty Gas Valve, Mechanically damaged circuit board or other mechanically broken items such as spark/flame detection electrodes then additional charges maybe necessary in these circumstances. If the customer chooses not to proceed with any repairs, we will charge a testing fee of £25 and the return postage fee, any balances will be refunded to the customer. 

If the burner cage is excessively corroded or does not function to an acceptable standard, then we will make the customer aware of this fact but it remains the choice of the customer whether to accept the unit back with what we would consider to be a substandard component. The customer is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the unit is fitted and operates within current gas safety guidelines and manufacturers specifications.

International (Non EU) customers should mark the items as "For Repair and Return" on the customs declaration, I will not be responsible for any import charges incorrectly applied.

Notice to EU customers:  It’s possible that your local country may charge VAT (MWSt, TVA, IVA) at your local rate – Please be aware of this

The p&p charge covers the postal return of your board. I use Royal Mail First Class (non recorded) as a standard return postal service. By using this service, you agree to the term of Royal Mail's compensation policy for this service which may not extend to the value of your item. If you require a more comprehensive return postal service to include a recorded service and insurance cover to a maximum of £500 then please select the special delivery option given. If your item fails to be returned, I will provide proof of postage to you if required, but the process of compensation claim with the carrier and subsequent proof of value is the responsibility of the customer.
