• Shipment will be UPS or USPS. Some larger items will ship via Freight service.
• Customer must provide valid phone number for large freight items.
• Orders are generally shipped on the same day of full payment.
• Shipping rates listed are for the continental 48 states.  
• If an item arrives damaged, please refuse the item so that it may automatically be returned to us.
• If an item is ordered in error or returned for any reason where we are not at fault, buyer must pay for all shipping costs which includes the cost of the first item(s) to you, the cost to ship it back to us, and the cost of the desired item(s) to you.
