Cancelling before you have received your order
Please email
us via eBay as soon as you can stating that you would like to cancel your
order. If your order has not been processed / dispatched it will be cancelled
and you will be issued with a full refund. If it is too late to stop your order
from being dispatched please follow the returns instructions below.
Cancelling after you have received your order
Please email us via eBay within 30 days of receiving your order. Unless you are cancelling due to an error / fault with the order / goods you will be liable for return postage costs. The goods must be returned in their original condition along with the original invoice to the address below. For your records please obtain a free Certificate of Posting from the Post Office when returning your goods. A full refund will be issued as soon as the goods are received back. If you item arrives in a damaged condition or if the item is incorrect please email us via eBay and we will advise on how to return the item free of charge for a refund or replacement.
