Hello, up for purchase is a very pretty hat from the 1960's.  It's a small fascinator hat done in ruched velvet fabric.  It's done in a paisley design with light blue and mostly shades of brown.  The hat comes to a point at the top and has an applied gold tone accessory in the front.  The circumference of the hat is approx 21 inches.  It's in excellent condition and is unbranded.  You can see by looking at the insides of the hat is was handmade by a milliner.
