However, if there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will do our upmost to resolve any issues straight away. So, if by chance your item arrives damaged all we ask is that you simply email us a photo of the coaster and we will send a replacement or alternatively offer you a refund.

All our coasters are manufactured on site which allows us to dispatch your order on the next working day after receipt of payment. We ask that you please confirm receipt of the item by leaving feedback for us.
