This jigsaw puzzle is unused, in a shrink wrapped box.  However, there are some small tears in the shrink wrap, and dirt has gotten underneath the shrink wrap, due to being displayed outdoors in a flea market, where dust was blowing.  The item was never opened, but is being listed as "used" due to the packaging condition.
