NOTE: Only fits machines with stock thumb throttle. For stock carburetor, requires two carb caps 01-0023 and two adjusters 01-0013. Requires idle kit 08-0045 when used (sold separately). Disables the TORS system and will not shut down engine in case throttle sticks open.
