This listing is for an adorable Disney Pixar Wall-E U Command by Thinkway toy robot - but does not include a remote control.  I put batteries in the robot and it appears to work...however, I did not test every feature so I don't know that it is 100%, but I am not aware of any issues.  It could definitely use some cleaning too...sort of dusty / dirty from sitting on the toy shelf.  I also found a copy of the instruction manual online as a pdf file and could send it to you if you are not able to find it.

Our home is smoke free and pet free, but I cannot guarantee that all items have always been in a smoke free and pet free environment.  I am sensitive to smoke smell and will note it when I notice it.  I do try to describe things as well as I can, but please don't hesitate to ask any questions.
