Many of my customers have asked why I don’t have tracking on their order.  The answer is simple.  Tracking is only available on insured packages which includes USPS Ground Advantage. Inasmuch as I ship postage free to my customers, when pricing an item, only First Class Mail charges are included.  For example, most shipments are three ounce envelopes.  Postage for this is $1.87 which is included in the price for the item.

If the customer requires insurance, an additional $2.75 is required.  Needless  to say if I absorbed this extra cost, I would be out of business.  USPS Ground advantage starts at $5.00 so this certainly isn’t an option.

If you wish to have your items insured, please add $2,75 to the price of the item.
