Vintage 1982 Entex Loc Blocs Papa Smurf’s Laboratory Incomplete Building Blocks Set. There are 263 Loc Blocs. The Papa Smurf character is missing and the base is broken into two pieces. I don’t have the box or instructions and I’m not sure what other pieces are missing.
