• Our business hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Please ensure that the item is correct or suitable before bidding!
• Item condition is described as best as we can in the listing. If you require more information, please contact us to arrange inspection.
• Do not make assumptions about the suitability of the item for your purposes, configuration, features or compatibility.
• Some electronic components require computer programming when installing.
• Returns and refunds will only be offered if the item is faulty or does not match the information provided here.

• We operate in a fully licensed ATF in Northern Ireland regulated by the NIEA, License No. LN/10/40. When you buy from us you are buying a part that has been handled in a legal and environmentally friendly way.

Shipping and Handling

• For small items we use a 24 hour free delivery service within the UK & ROI.
• For larger items, engines, gearboxes, etc, we use a pallet network/carrier which is a 48 hour service within the UK.
• On-site pickup is also available during business hours only.
• A physical address (not PO BOX) and phone number must be supplied for shipping.
• We ship worldwide — please contact us for a quote!

Payment

• We accept PayPal, Direct Debit, Credit Card over the phone. COD is available only for on-site pickups.
