VAT and customs duties must be paid by the buyer upon delivery based to the goods value.

These costs are handled by the British customs.

Payment must be made within 2 working days following the end of purchase.

In case of purchase you will receive an e-mail message with all the instructions for the payment of the object. In case of non-payment from the 4th day we will open a procedure for not paying bidder, and from the 7th day we will close it with an unpaid item and we will put the product back for sale.

We assume no liability for loss of items after delivery of the goods.

The prices of the products displayed are VAT included.

Returns of product clearly used will not be accepted. The product must be returned in the original packaging, in perfect condition, not damaged, in the original quantity and quality, with any intact labels, in the case of new items and in conditions perfectly corresponding to those sent by us for used items.

Via dei Gioielli will reply by email within 24 hours, sending instructions on how to proceed with the return of object. The return shipment will be your responsability, shipments of returns beyond the terms indicated by our reply email will not be accepted, cash on delivery parcels are not accepted
