These are used on some older models of French cars and vans produced in the 1980s and 1990s. The clips are normally used on door cards and have a 3/4 cut away head so they can be twisted into the mounts on the door card. Each clip includes a pre-fitted rubber sealing washer. Citroen and Peugeot assigned several different part numbers to this one fastener including 6995A3, 699251 and 699143.
