Paypal

- If your PayPal account is not verified then your paypal payment will come through as an eCheque which may take 3-5 days to clear in our Paypal account. We will only process your order once a payment has been confirmed and cleared in our account.

Bank Deposit / Internet Transfer
- Please use your last 8 digits of the item/s number as reference. If you choose to pay via Internet transfer, please allow an additional 2-3 working days, to process your order, it can take up to 48 hours for funds to clear in our account.

- Bank deposit is prefered method of payment.

Pick Up
- You can come and collect your item/s and pay cash Only on Pick Up.

Payments must be made within 1-3 days of auction ending unless you have contacted us to extend time prior to buying.

General Information

- Your item will be shipped out within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
- We will post items only during working weekdays. (No postage on weekend).
- Items will be shipped to the shipping address you have under eBay account only.
- To request a different shipping address please send us an e-mail via eBay messaging service only.
- A tracking number will be attached to our eBay transaction record automatically, once your item has been shipped.

Domastic Buyers

- No shipping to PO BOX and APO addresses for items with value higher than $200.
- Please contact us to arrange an alternative address.
- Cash only on Pick Up.

International Buyers

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
